We need to emphasize that it is leadership, not management, that is essential to business. Leadership of course goes beyond business. Leadership is essential to every aspect of our society. We have, as a culture, neglected the art and practice of leadership.
I have been privileged to have attended some of the best and most prestigious leadership schools in the world. I learned a lot about leadership. I was then given the opportunity to practice the skills and theory I learned in both the military and in the business world.
