Steve Chambers Biography

Steve Chambers has served in a wide range of experience and skills.  Enlisting in the US Navy at 17 and serving in the submarine service.  After three years he was accepted into the United States Naval Academy, Class of 1985, where he earned a B.S. in History and a commission as an officer in the US Navy.  Steve Chambers served for over nine years in a variety of positions on three ships, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander and serving as Chief Engineer.  With the end of the cold war Steve left the Navy in 1994 to pursue a degree in business management.

Steve Chambers entered the sales field after graduating from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, with a Masters degree in International Management.  “Unlike most of my colleagues, I wanted to enter the sales field because sales is the “tip of the spear” in the business world.  It is where the success or failure of each and every business lies.”  He has consistently ranked amongst the top sales people at the companies he has worked for and has improved sales by massive amounts.

After working with Tony Robbins for a time Steve branched out and started his own Manufacturer’s Representative company serving the Marine and Industrial Markets.  “Working with Tony opened my eyes to the possibilities that are out there for an individual if they believed in themselves and took a chance.”

In 2008 Steve started "The Sales and Leadership Institute" to address the need for effective sales and leadership training in the business world.
